The magistrate presiding over the inquest into Daniel Smith's death has ruled out homicide. Daniel died from a suspected drug overdose soon after his mother Anna Nicole Smith gave birth to baby daughter Dannielynn in September 2006. The inquest found that Daniel was admitted to a L.A. hospital for misuse of valium in July 2006.
