The Da Vinci Code Lawsuit rejected
In April 2006, the London's High Court already ruled that Dan Brown had not plagiarized themes from "The Holy Blood And The Holy Grail" novel (1982). After that the appeal was put up, but recently the Court of Appeal ruled it out, too.
Dan Brown´s novel "The Da Vinci Code", later even filmed, has sold more than 40 million copies to date.
